The difference between compression socks and tubes

Compression socks or tubes?
The big difference is that compression tubes are mainly used for intensive trainings. However, the socks are used for and after long trainings. Exactly, after training! It's strongly discouraged to wear compression tubes after a workout, because there's no compression on the feet, only on the calves. Because of this you can develop fluid retention and your feet will feel painful. Of course, this is not your intention. Certainly not after a tough workout!
